Multimedia Stand-up Positions 

In an open area with excellent and dedicated lighting at the heart of the European Parliament close to the Hemicycle both in Brussels and in Strasbourg, the Stand-up positions allow you to record short statements, video messages and interviews that we deliver to you within a short time.

Technical details 

  • Up to 2 persons in front of the camera
  • Full HD Cameras with prompter available (bring text in .txt or .rtf on a USB drive)
  • Standard reservation for maximum 10 minutes of video recording (if the production takes more time, this should be communicated)
  • Possibility to request in advance the EU flag or a backdrop with the EP logo in the background
  • Editing facilities available (advance notice needed)
  • In the Multimedia Stand-up positions, it is also possible to do Skype or to participate in any kind of Webinar (Zoom, Webex) for your own live or to interview a MEP remotely

Delivery  

Once the video is exported, we will send you an email with the link to where you can download the final product.

Conditions of use  

Free of charge to all MEPs and to media outlets that want to interview MEPs or cover EP affairs. When the booking is made by a media, the media should coordinate the reservation with their guests, providing us with the direct contact of the person in charge of the production and the technical support.

When to book?

The sooner the better, as we work on a first-come, first-served basis.
